How to request a document

Documents can be requested by e-mail, telephone, fax or by completing a form at the library, indicating an e-mail address.

Conditions

In compliance with existing and copyright legislation, it is impossible to fully reproduce documents. Only articles from journals, chapters or parts of documents can be reproduced for academic and research purposes.

A maximum of 15 photocopies will be sent for any one request.

Documents will be sent in PDF format and will require Acrobat Reader (which can be downloaded free from the Internet) for viewing.

Documents may take more or less time to send depending on the order in which requests arrive, although they will always be sent out within 48 hours of receipt.

The document will be sent to the given e-mail address immediately proof of payment is received.
