The Centre’s publishing policy experienced its first stage with the publication over 25 years, from 1957 until 1981, of the Boletín de la Institución Sancho el Sabio containing fine articles by distinguished scholars like José Miguel de Barandiarán, Pedro de Palol, Jesús Altuna, Emilio Enciso, Justo Gárate and many, many others.

Ten years on, a new version of this “magazine” saw the light under a different name: Sancho el Sabio: revista de cultura e investigación vasca. Brought out yearly since its birth, an increase in the number of articles led to its being published twice-yearly from 1998 on. Issues no. 10 and following (since 1999) can be consulted in their full-text format on DIALNET: SANCHO EL SABIO MAGAZINE
